Machinist
Technician
Overview
of Position: Experienced hydraulic machinist
technician needed for busy repair shop. Able to use
lathe, milling machine, drill press, mig and stick welding,
and general shop equipment. Worked on gear pumps, vane
pumps, piston pumps, cylinders, hydrostats, and motors
a plus.
Requirements:
3-5 years of machine shop experience. High School
Diploma / GED Technical or vocational training preferred.
Hydraulic background preferred. Fluid power certification
required within two years of hire date.

Repair
Manager
Overview
of Position: Business savvy hands-on manager
who wants to run the show. Successful candidate is an
experienced mobile and industrial hydraulic component
repair technician ready to lead a team of 4, has great
customer service skills, and knows how to creatively
motivate and coach a diverse group. Must have
extensive experience with gear pumps, vane pumps, piston
pumps, cylinder repair, hydrostats, and motors. MS Office
proficiency required.
Requirements:
3-5 years experience in fluid power repair. 1-3 years
supervisory experience. High School Diploma / GED.
Technical or vocational training preferred. Industrial
Hydraulic Technician Fluid Power Certification required
within one year of hire date.

Customer
Service Team Leader
Overview
of Position: Dynamic, experienced manager with
excellent customer service skills. Ideal candidate will
have proven problem solving skills in an order fulfillment/call
center type of environment including people management,
inventory control, and profitability focus. Ability
to collaborate with other work groups and grow the business
is essential. AS or BS in business or related field
a plus.
MS Office proficiency required.
Requirements:
3-5 years prior experience in managing customer service/inside
sales representatives. BS/BA in Business or related
field.

Outside
Sales Trainee
Overview
of Position: BS in Engineering or Business
and MS Office proficiency required. Some prior sales
experience a plus. Through training within all departments,
incumbent will develop skills necessary to become an
Outside Sales Representative. Incumbent will be placed
in the field after proper training has been conducted
and the required competencies have been demonstrated.
This
trainee position is for an unspecified period of time,
and incumbent must be willing to accept a position at
any one of HSC’s locations when a
position becomes vacant. Qualified candidate must be
an ambitious, go-getter who is capable of contributing
to the long-term growth of our company. Includes company
car and cell phone (after assigned to territory).
Requirements:
Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
BS in Engineering or AS in Fluid Power or demonstrated
knowledge/experience and Fluid Power Certification.Some
selling experience preferred. Fluid power certification
required within one year of promotion to Outside Sales
Representative.
